Jodi Sandford & Valter Gosti 

SANDFORD&GOSTI have merged their work for single artistic events. Having worked side by side since 1976, they decided to present their work under a single signature in 2000. The works are produced by both artists who find in each other motivation and stimulus, inventive and dialogue from the first phases of ideation and realization. SANDFORD&GOSTI enact their project titled ACTIONS PER in/FINITE FORMS, carry forward the idea of RECURRENT FLUCTUATION OF EVENTS (WAVES OF re/ACTION), and the periodicity of actions hypothesis. Their artistic media include installation, performance, silkscreens, video and digital photography. They have held artistic events in Argentina, Australia, Croatia, Cyprus, England, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Scotland, Spain, Tunisia, USA. Dopo aver sviluppato singole esperienze creative dal 1976, decidono di fondersi per unici atti artistici; una condivisione già sperimentata nella quotidianità della loro stessa vita di coppia; dal 2000 hanno deciso di presentarsi con un’unica firma. Le loro tecniche artistiche più usate sono installazioni, performance, video e foto digitale. SANDFORD&GOSTI mettono in atto il loro progetto dal titolo ACTIONS PER in/FINITE FORMS [AZIONI PER FORME in/FINITE], portano avanti l’idea di FLUTTUAZIONI PERIODICHE DI EVENTI (ONDE DI RE/AZIONI) e l’ipotesi della periodicità delle azioni. I loro mezzi artistici includono l’installazione, performance, serigrafia, video e fotografia digitale.
